Download the installer on this page and follow the setup instructions. The process is quick and straightforward.
Downloads are disabled on mobile devices. In some cases, your browser may appear as mobile—try resizing your window or reopening your browser. If it still doesn’t work, contact support.
Your system’s security settings may be blocking the installer (common on Mac). When prompted, allow or trust the file in your system settings. If needed, go to your Security & Privacy settings and manually allow the installer to open.
Your license key is sent by email within 5–10 minutes after purchase. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing after 10 minutes? Contact support at team@sonix.audio
When you open TONEFLX for the first time, you’ll be prompted to enter your license key to activate the plugin.

Yes, TONEFLX is fully compatible with Apple Silicon devices.
Try reinstalling the plugin, then rescan for plugins in your DAW. Make sure it’s not blacklisted or disabled. If it still doesn’t appear, contact support with your system details (Mac/Windows, OS version, DAW + version).
